Are you ready for the parade of princesses and superheroes this year? Halloween is this Saturday, October 31st. We give you the rundown on trick or treating times and rules as well as some trick or treating alternatives around the area on October 31st. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween!!

Trick or Treating

Across the seven cities of Hampton Roads, the rules for trick or treating are similar. Trick or treaters should be 12 years of age or younger, and trick or treating ends in all cities at 8 PM. Start time varies just slightly with some cities setting a time of 6 pm and some stating that activities start at dusk (Newport News and Virginia Beach), which will fall around 6:30 PM in Hampton Roads this year.
