The month of May is National BBQ Month and what better way to celebrate the coming of summer than to fire up the grill and throw on some burgers (or almost anything else for that matter).  According to the National Barbeque Association, barbequing meat goes back to the beginning of time and interestingly enough, as the men were hunters, the women became cooks which means that the first BBQ pitmasters were probably women.
