Hampton Roads has been notorious this year for some really drastic weather changes.  With 70 degree weather this past weekend, we happily sported t-shirts and flip flops in an attempt to will spring in our direction.  Waking up the following day with dropping temperatures, school closings and the threat of ice and snow was another huge blow to our hopes for consistently warmer temps.
